These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, products, and services provided by Viral Creator Pro LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the Viral Blueprint course. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Eligibility & Acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You may not use a username that infringes on another’s rights or that is offensive, vulgar, or obscene.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice or liability, if you violate these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The Service and all original content, course materials, videos, text, graphics, and functionality are the exclusive property of Viral Creator Pro LLC and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or sell our content without prior written consent.

Orders & Payments

All purchases are subject to a one-time payment made through approved methods (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, or others we may provide).

All payments are subject to validation and authorization by your payment provider. If authorization is not received, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery. Access to digital content, including the Viral Blueprint course, will only be granted once payment has been successfully processed.

Prices Policy

We reserve the right to adjust our prices at any time prior to accepting an Order. If a price revision is necessary after an Order has been accepted due to circumstances beyond our control (such as changes in taxes, fees, or currency fluctuations), you will be notified and given the option to cancel your Order.

Refund Policy

Physical Goods (if any) may be eligible for return in accordance with our Refund Policy. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive and confirm the return.

Digital content is generally non-refundable once access is granted. However, we offer a 30-day results-based refund guarantee for the Viral Blueprint course. To qualify:

- You must complete the course in its entirety, including all modules and the 7-Day Challenge.

- You must demonstrate that, after completion, your video views did not increase.

- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

- Refunds will not be granted for partial course completion or for requests made after 30 days.

Promotions

Any promotions, contests, or sweepstakes offered through the Service may be subject to separate rules. If Promotion rules conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may retain data as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Service, or $100 if you have not purchased anything. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or use.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or meet your expectations.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If you have a dispute regarding the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us.

EU Users

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms shall affect your rights as a consumer under EU law.

U.S. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. government restricted parties list.

Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to achieve its intent to the maximum extent permitted by law. The remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
